Administrative Director
Full- or part-time position reports to the President and is responsible for overseeing various aspects of the administration of the James Randi Educational Foundation, including accounting and bookkeeping, human resources, general office management, and event planning and organization.

Requirements of the successful candidate:

Interest in scientific skepticism

Experience with small business or nonprofit administration preferred

Proficient in MS Office products and QuickBooks

Must be a self-starter and require minimal supervision

Associate's or bachelor's degree or equivalent applicable experience

Minimum 2 to 3 years office management experience

Good written and verbal communications skills

Proficiency with office equipment including fax, copiers, phone systems

Strong working knowledge of MS Office

Ability to learn new software quickly

Ability to thrive in an independent work environment

Good customer service skills
Location:
Ft. Lauderdale preferably. Telecommuting from elsewhere in the contiguous United States will be considered.
