NECSS_logo_fade_smallJoin James Randi and newly-installed JREF President D.J. Grothe next weekend in New York City as they headline a stellar lineup of speakers at the second annual Northeast Conference on Science and Skepticism (NECSS). They will join George Hrab, Steve Mirsky, Steve Novella, Rebecca Watson (and the entire Skeptic's Guide to the Universe "Rogue's Gallery"), as well as a special Science Based Medicine panel comprised of Dr. Val Jones, Dr. David Gorski, Dr. John Snyder, and Dr. Kimball Atwood. The inimitable Jamy Ian Swiss will emcee the festivities, which will take place from 10AM - 6PM on Saturday, April 17. The location will be Florence Gould Hall at the French Institute, located at 55 E. 59th St. New York City.

Registration is open and includes a full day of panel discussions, individual presentations, a musical performance by George Hrab, and a special live taping of the Skeptics Guide to the Universe podcast. Tickets are $65 full price or $40 for students and NYC Skeptics/New England Skeptical Society members.
